We are pleased to announce that Mary Beth Boyce joined our firm in December, 2013 in our growing practice of workers’ compensation, PERA and personal injury. Boyce brings with her a fresh approach to complex areas of law which provides significant value to our clients.
“Adding talented attorneys like Mary Beth will allow us to remain a leader in handling work comp cases, particularly those that involve police officers and firefighters who receive benefits through PERA,” said Ron Meuser, founder of Meuser Law Office P.A. “With the recent change in the Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Act, benefits that workers can receive as a result of PTSD has been expanded. Mary Beth boosts our firm’s capabilities in educating our community about this new change in statute and providing counsel to those submitting PERA claims.”
At Meuser Law office, P.A., Boyce will counsel clients on filing workers’ compensation claims and, using her expertise, will investigate whether workers such as corrections officers, firefighters and city employees might also be entitled to PERA or MSRS disability benefits. If a dispute arises regarding entitlement to permanency benefits, wage loss or medical care, Boyce has the intelligence and determination to ensure her clients receive every benefit and all compensation to which they are entitled.
