Mary Beth joined Meuser Law Office, P.A. in 2013 and practices exclusively in workers’ compensation law, PERA disability law, and personal injury law. She is a member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice.
Mary Beth has successfully represented hundreds of clients in persuing their workers’ compensation, PERA duty disability, and personal injury claims. Mary Beth is a tenacious trial attorney who has argued in front of the Minnesota Court of Appeals in addition to the trial level. Mary Beth also strongly believes in the mediation and negotiation process in resolving her client’s claims. As a part of her practice, Mary Beth delivers presentations about workers’ compensation, PERA disability, and personal injury issues germane to law enforcement officers and firefighters, in particular post-traumatic stress disorder and the high incidence of cancer in firefighters.
In law school, Mary Beth served on the University of St. Thomas Board of Advocates and successfully competed in both the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court and New York City Bar Association Moot Court competitions.
Outside of the office, you will find Mary Beth riding her favorite horse Cooper on the trail or in a dressage competition, or running with her two dogs Murphy and Finn.
