Update from Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A.

As we all find ourselves navigating the extraordinary and ever-changing COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, at Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. we know the health and safety of our families, clients, employees, and members of the community is of the utmost importance and our top priority.

We want you to know that Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. remains open for business as an operation deemed essential per the recent Executive Order 20-20 from Governor Walz on March 25, 2020. Please know that we have plans in place to continue moving our current cases forward while also assisting new clients with their legal needs. Our attorneys and paralegals are fully equipped to operate safely from home. We have adjusted how we interact as a team in order to help our clients stay safe and in compliance with the current “Stay at Home” Executive Order for social distancing and limiting travel outside the home while their case is active. We will accommodate requests to conduct client meetings over the phone or video conference and will also be available via phone and email during normal business hours. Mediations and depositions are being handled this way as well.

Our firm has been monitoring the potential impact on our law enforcement clients and other first responders in regards to their risk of exposure to the coronavirus by scrutinizing all updates, relief programs, and orders by the Federal and State government to ensure we stay on top of the facts. We also have been following PERA/MSRS and workers’ compensation claims and how these benefits may/may not be affected. We will continually update our website to reflect these changes.

At Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A., we are committed to providing the same high level of legal representation and service as it relates to your workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS, or personal injury claim while keeping the wellness and safety of our clients and staff a top priority. Our prayers are with our clients, staff, and particularly first responders and medical personnel during these difficult circumstances.
