Lindsey received multiple academic honors in law school including Dean’s Awards for earning the highest class grade in Pre-Trial Civil Litigation, Civil Procedure, Negotiations, Legal Research & Writing, and Property.

Summary Biography:

Lindsey Meuser Rowland joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2018 and practices exclusively in workers’ compensation law, PERA/MSRS disability law, and personal injury law. She is a member in good standing with the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Minnesota Association for Justice.

In recognition of her contributions to the firm and her relentless dedication to her clients, Lindsey became a named partner of Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A in 2020. She exclusively represents plaintiffs in workers’ compensation cases, PERA/MSRS disability cases, and personal injury cases.

In 2020, Lindsey successfully argued at the Minnesota Supreme Court. In that case, Lindsey succeeded in preventing employers or workers’ compensation insurers from forcing employees to attend an Independent Psychological Examination (IPE) prior to litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Lindsey worked as a judicial extern for both the Office of Administrative Hearings – Workers’ Compensation Division and the Workers’ Compensation Court of Appeals. She also successfully argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, CA.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys exploring the parks and lakes of Minnesota with her husband Scott and their two kids, Caitlyn and Aaron.
