Founded in 1977, Law Enforcement Labor Services (LELS) is a union which specializes in representing members of Minnesota’s law enforcement community. LELS provides professional legal representation and advocates for its members, negotiating safer working conditions and competitive compensation and benefits. LELS currently represents 4752 Licensed Peace Officers, 1339 Non-Licensed Corrections and 911 Dispatchers, and 367 union locals across the state of Minnesota.
