Summary Biography
George Berens joined Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. in 2022. He practices in the areas of workers’ compensation, PERA/MSRS disability, and personal injury law. Prior to joining the firm, George represented employers and insurers in defense of workers’ compensation claims. His practice history further involves criminal law and civil litigation. His experience in defending workers’ compensation claims is of unique benefit to the clients of Meuser, Yackley & Rowland, P.A. as such experience provides a well-rounded perspective and approach to claims often denied by employers and insurers. George is proud to diligently advocate for injured workers in Minnesota.
George also served in the United States Peace Corps in Paraguay, South America, from 2004-2006. He continued with volunteer activities during law school, representing underprivileged individuals as a student certified to practice law, advising persons facing various civil legal issues.
As a lifelong Minnesotan, George enjoys many things outdoors with his family, friends, and his dog, Ernie.
