Nadya practices exclusively in workers’ compensation, PERA disability, and personal injury law.

Previous experience includes working as in-house attorney in the corporate setting primarily focused on insurance. She was an honored recipient of the CALI Award in Property Law. Nadya has extensive volunteer experience, including volunteering for Wills for Heroes in helping first responders and their families draft Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. Nadya also volunteered for Volunteer Lawyers Network representing individuals and families in housing matters. Nadya has both experience and a background in criminal justice and worked in the Criminal Expungement Clinic.

Nadya is a strong advocate and passionate about helping first responders, individuals, and families fight for their rights and get the compensation they deserve.

Outside of the office, Nadya enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors in the serenity of nature. Nadya also enjoys traveling to places around the world where she can experience an authentic cultural experience.
